I have a friends machine here that quit working. They had put a new
power supply in it, but it still won't start. The HD is ok and they had
switch problems, but the switch checks OK. The new power supply is
working, but when you turn the machine on nothing runs. The processor
was plugged up with dust. They think it got turned off and wouldn't
restart. They don't think it stopped on it's own.
What is the most possible problem, the processor or the MB?
