-=PCTechTalk=- Duplicate Detector

Took a look at that dup detector... looks good.  Does it work well detecting 
duplicate JPGs?  Does it use filters of some sort to automatically delete 
all the duplicates and leave the filter determined original intact? Or do 
you have to manually decide which one to keep and which ones to delete?  Can 
it detect near duplicates?  Say 95% the same?
