-=PCTechTalk=- Creating my own sweeper- (Some techie questions...)

In WinXP I want to set up an autoexec maintainence file that uses
"del\nameit\ *.*" to clear temp files, cookies, recent docs, and history all
with one click, just like I had with Win98....
I think I have all all the right locations established, but one type I'm
unsure of... And that's the ".....temp\temporary internet
files\content.IE5\~many odd names~" folder.
The ~many odd names~ part consists of 12 sub-folders all named with
gibberish alpha-num characters, and each of these folders contain all kinds
of web bits and pieces, parts of banner ads, photos, etc...
Is it okay to clear everything out here? And if it is, would I have to do
each of these 12 folders individually? Or what happens if I clear everything
after "\content.IE5\" and eliminate these funny-named folders too? Does
WinXP recreate them again as needed?
Thanks,
drummer
