-=PCTechTalk=- Copying Windows XP Disc

I have a friend who needs a Windows XPSP2 disc in order to install a software
on her MAC computer. She has her own product keep for her Windows XPSP1 disc.
If I made a copy of my disc for her, will I violate the end user agreement? I
will not share the product key.

Thanks.

~ Dan
