Hello all,
A day or so ago, someone asked how to find out the results of CHKDSK. I
looked for the old email, to make sure I was recalling the question correctly,
but didn't find it. In short, the reply was to go to;
Control Panel, Performance and monitoring, Admin tools, Event viewer,
Application, Source, Winlogin.
Being curious, I did those steps and found three sub-folders(??);
Applications, Security, and System. In each folder, there are at least one
thousand
events.
What are these events? Are they resource hogs? Pro/con of leaving or
deleting them?
Thanks,
HB
