Hello Steve, She has tried two or three brands of CD's & she keeps them near her computer in an air conditioned room. I'm baffled because it worked just fine once, & two months later all it does is abort midway through. At first she thought she just had a bad batch of CD's but she tried three in for different brands & the results were the same. When I see her again I will go to creator's sight & see if there is any updates awaiting her. My first question is how old are the cd's she is trying to burn and where were they kept. I had some go bad a couple of years ago because we had had some very hot weather and I stored rthem wrong. So I would pick up one new one and see what happens. Her operating system is XP. A few months ago when she first tried it she successfully created one. Now when she does the same routine it goes through the motions but it only goes half way & pops the CD out. Well, of course she thought she had a bad CD, so she put several in & none of them get to the end before the drawer pops out with useless CD's. She has gone through 7 of them with the same results. Does anyone have a suggestion?
