-=PCTechTalk=- Bad Hotmail formatting

While replying or forwarding email from Hotmail, the outgoing message shows all 
the html code jammed together and is VERY difficult for the receiver to read.
I've tried using IE & Firefox.
I've tried going into Options/Mail/MessageReplies and played with the settings, 
but no improvement.
Does anyone know what settings I should be changing to correct this?
