-=PCTechTalk=- Administrator Account

   Hi  All.....    I have  XP Home .  IE 7    OE  ........I had    Limited  
Account  and changed it  too   Administrator  Account ,     how  do  I change 
it  back  to    Limited  Account  and  also when  I go  to  System  Restore   , 
I get  a  message  that  I do  not  have  Security  Privilage to  open it   ??  
  All  was  well  till  I messed  around  with the   Administrator  Account .   
Can  anybody  help me  to  put it  all  back  as  was  before   . ??     Lionel
