The only way I ever did it was to go to disk cleanup and wait until it lists 
the files that you are allowed to look at and then wait until it lists 
Temporary Internet files then go to the bottom and list files where it says 
view files click there and every where you have been will be there and 
either copy what you are looking for or save it to a disk, course I forgot 
to tell you that you have to open the file. But if it is a movie or what 
ever you are looking for it will be there. But don't open it first or when 
you put it on disk it will not work. Your sister Marie
