Are you sure "you are about to be logged off" is all it says?
Did you run a full scan with AntiVir and heuristics on high?
Did you look in the event viewer's log and go back to the days when this
happened?
I wouldn't wait around until the problem comes up again. No matter
whether it's a hardware or a software problem, you can find out right
now what it is/was.
