[pchelpers] xp cd burning

Can anyone who has xp, please describe how to burn cd's for back up and I'll 
send it to a friend, she's transferred all her data from an older pc, to her 
new one, then formatted the old pc so she can give it to a relation without 
them being able to  accessing her private data, but has found that the new pc 
doesn't work in some areas.
So now she wants to back up her data in case the pc can't be fixed but she's 
never used a cd burner, and I don't use xp.
