[pchelpers] Re: wrong key

Factory loaded machines have a generic key different from the COA key. Many
times retailers, service centers, etc know this and they like to copy off
the COA for use on other machines so that when you try to load it you get
the problem since it's already in use and the authentication hash doesn't
match because the machine that authenticated first of course has a different
makeup. You will probably have to call Microsoft support on this one, pretty
sure they have a fix but you may have to send them a photo of the COA
label.
