[pchelpers] Re: wrong key

I have seen similar things before where MS would issue bulk licenses
with unlimited CDs for a fee to public bodies like educational
institutes. Since the activation process started, this seems to have
become a gray area. Possibly the OEM disks have a single key for all
copies. When you get to activation point, windows starts using the
original key the system was installed with (likely not replaced by the
system file repair). That's one reason for the wrong key. I'm suggesting
SFC does not update the windows key even though the system files are
otherwise fixed. Beyond that, only MS could tell you more I'm afraid.
