I recently upgraded my WinXPhome to Pro at work. I have always been the
administrator on this machine. I still am. However ,now when I am in Explorer
Browser, and I click on Tools, then Internet Options, it refuses. Tells me I
must "get the system administrator to give me permission."
There is NO other names in this computer. It has been mine from the box! I am
not part of any network. I can otherwise, download and install any program I
want. I can not however go into Internet Explorer and change anything.
Any suggestions as to What is wrong or how to make this program accept that I
am the Chief Honcho on this computer!<grin>

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
