[pchelpers] Re: winsock.dll keeps changing

New.Net will change the winsock --and modify it check to see if you got
any spyware-- before I got rid of it-my programs were not running like
they used to and my computer was so sluggish-- I had a lot of trouble
with my programs crashing. Once that was gone and out of the registry
everything is fine.

There is a virus that changes the Winsock.  But you couldn't have a
virus could you?    Hmmmm......
