[pchelpers] winsock.dll keeps changing

Over the past week, I've been getting regular illegal operation errors.
They often appear while using Wordpad or Netscape. IE5 has been crashing
too.

When I check the system files with SFC, this file always comes up
changed or updated. Does anyone know what could be responsible?
