[pchelpers] win98 splash screen

HI list
I've been away for a while but my computer has been on, now whenever I 
reboot - no matter how often I uncheck the don't show this box - I get the 
win98 welcome screen plus  the music.
I've looked through the registry for  "splash" and "welcome".
Any suggestions as to where I find the flag that needs changing?
