Ok, found what I think I was looking for.. grab this file, save it to
your hard drive, then double-click on its' icon, and click Ok on the
two prompts that appear, see if that helps.  You may need to close and
restart IE/OE and/or Windows to see the results.

Please let me know which, if either, fixes the multiple-window problem, and
