[pchelpers] Re: wild screen in email.

In your humble opinion, how do I go about this?  Putting in the WinXP pro 
disk, and telling it to install, brings up a screen where it refuses to do 
so because the version on the HD is newer than the version on the CD.  HD 
has xp pro with service pack 2 and on the CD there is xp pro with service 
pack 1.

The HD is formated NTFS.
