Go to the McAffee virus information library at the above web site, and
there is information there that show that the reason it's not picked up
by anti virus programs is that it is not a file that is a virus, this is
actually a Windows program necessary for being able to use long
filenames.

It is a file that can be infected with a virus simply because it is a
file ending with ".exe", but it is not a virus itself.

If you do a search on you Windows installation CD you'll find it there,
so if you have deleted it already from your computer this is what you can
do.

You can click on Start/ Run/ type in SFC and then replace the file by
looking for it on your Windows installation CD and letting Windows
reinstall it's file where it belongs.

Granted, the icon is ugly looking, but blame that on Bill Gates.

This has been circulating lately on the web, but it is not a real threat,
please go to the web site and check it out.

PS I am proud to announce that I have one the Mavis Beacon Typting &
