[pchelpers] Re: what is this strange file?

My first experience with this was by receiving the warning about it containing 
a virus and then to delete it. Upon checking the following website, I learned 
more about this HOAX, this legitimate file, as well as how to reinstall it if 
you did, in fact, delete it due to believing the hoax warning. So, you can read

  If I remember correctly this has to do with a phone book 
  of some sort. Iwould suggst that yo look at its 
  properties and see what program it is connected to. I 
  would not worry about it. You may want to use a program 
  like reg clean and let it look at all of the files like 
  this one that are not being used and let it clean them 
  out.
