Jackie,
If I remember correctly this has to do with a phone book
of some sort. Iwould suggst that yo look at its
properties and see what program it is connected to. I
would not worry about it. You may want to use a program
like reg clean and let it look at all of the files like
this one that are not being used and let it clean them
out.
