No I meant upon reboot she would turn it off.
I tried going into task manager while it was locked
and shutting down webshots, but there was so
many of them and so many error messages to close
that it was just in to big of a mess. It took like 5 mins
for each task to end that I would be there all day
shutting them down.

I took this to mean that he couldn't get into Windows because his puter
locked up.
Now he says he simply turned Webshots off & all is hunky-dory. I'm confused
is all.
