Thanks
I found the re-set program for the R260.
But when I ran it, it gave me the message that the counter doesn't need
to be re-set.
I guess the two blinking red lights (blinking together and no green
power light on) means something else is wrong.
I told my wife that she may need to take out her CIS cartridges and put
in the epsons to see if maybe that is the problem.
Problem is that she will need to buy 6 cartridges and it would be a
waste of money if that isn't the problem.
Anyone know of a printer other than Epson that prints on cd/dvds?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
