[pchelpers] volume control - mute all button

When I click 'mute all' in volume control, now it only puts a checkmark 
in the first box, mute all.
It does not check the other mute boxes. Before it would put a checkmark 
in all the boxes when I clicked mute all.
I guess it doesn't matter because it still mutes the sound.  But I 
thought it strange that it just started doing that.
