[pchelpers] virus?

I just received a warning about a supposed virus
named jdbgmgr.exe. Does anyone on the list know
if this is an urban legend, or a genuine virus?

The file resides in Windows/System and has an
icon resembling a teddy bear.

I was advised to delete the file.
