That is what I have found at work. When I clean up a drive I have to run 
all the anti-spyware programs
on each account to get them all. For me it doesn't matter what rights 
the account has.
AVG will look into the other accounts files. But sometimes AVG won't see 
a virus in a file
until one of the anti-spyware programs scans a file and then AVG will 
pop up with a warning.
