I still don't understand why you don't have a back button... can you
send me a picture of it?  Hit PrtSc, then open up Paint, click
Edit->Paste, save, and email the file to me.  I use Google all the
time, and have never seen that problem, so I'd like to know why it
seems to be different for you.
