[pchelpers] urls in emails no longer will work

Hi; My son is using XP pro and IE explorer - Outlook express he can no 
longer click on the urls in the body of his emails to get to the websites  I 
did check his options  they are all right same as mine unless I missed 
something. Have you any suggestions, the secuity level in IExplorer is on 
medium -  Thank You - Jackie
