Well, I opened zip in Outlook Express with iceows and it works fine.

Yes.  All boxes are checked that need to be from what I can tell.

Yes to both.  Ran a reg cleaner last night.  Reinstalled the program 
this morning to see if that would get it.  Yep, downloaded the latest 
version.
In Thunderbird that same box comes up.
It actually starts to unzip and you see a box for a flash showing it is 
working on unzipping, then before it is done it just goes straight to 
the box and never actually shows me the files. 
Iceows also works fine from other locations on the hard drive. 
It had been working fine in Thunderbird too, just out of the blue 
started doing this.
