[pchelpers] trouble with scanner win 98 se

Hi: I can't find the driver that is suitable for win 98SE a few days ago  I
posted an email wanting the correct driver for this particular Hp flatbed
scanner HP 6100C,   the scanner was running very well in win95b-- but when
he upgraded to win 98 se it was a no go situation  You gave me some links,
they were futile what I need is someone with the same scanner operating in
win 98 with that particular driver-- it has a scsi card-- SYM 53C416 , if
anyone has this particular scanner and operating it in win 98  I would
really appreciate knowing what they did to make it work.....I installed the
scanner but there is yellow asterisk a conflict  on the scanner in Systems
Hardware.  I did get the update version --fow win 98 (sj167en.exe)

----I installed this one -There is no yellow asterisks in Symbios hardware,
but there is a conflict under the scanner.so you go figure eh I am stumped
!!! I really need help on this one .   Thank very much
