Note that you will not get many / most settings with this method. The
Windows Files and Settings Transfer Wizard will specifically copy
settings for most Microsoft applications, and some non-Microsoft
applications. Also, you may miss some files this way; the Transfer Wizard
will get all files of types that it knows about.

Under Vista, it's called Windows Easy Transfer.
