[pchelpers] tranfer stuff to new computer-how

A friend of mine just got a new computer.
I believe it is Vista home.
I think she is using xp now.

Anyway, she wants to know how to transfer games and other files from the 
old pc to the new.

Does someone know of a url with instructions how to do this or have some 
easy instructions I could pass on to her please?
