[pchelpers] Re: test

It is possible they really are the problem as I was not able to e-mail a
friend for quite some time. Upon talking personally (telephone) to him, he
said others also had told him the same thing: that they had e-mailed him but
either it was returned, or he didn't reply. He said he hadn't heard from
these people for a long time but they claimed they had sent e-mail.
We checked to make sure I had his address correct and did some testing to
see if the problem was on my end. Finally I told him to check with the
people who had set up his e-mail account.
I got e-mail from a person from that place. She was doing some testing of
his account. They had one letter entered incorrectly in his address so his
mail was not going through to his computer. Simple human error.
But oh the problems it created.
