Click on Start ... then click RUN ... type MSCONFIG in
the window click OK, and when the box comes up click the tab that says
startup.
There you will find a list of programs .. check the boxes that you want to
appear in the "task bar" ....click OK and then I believe you have to restart
you PC before those choices become active in you task bar.
