[pchelpers] task bar icon / start menu, can't find

Ok, another quick question:

Have you ever had an icon in your task bar that you can't find in your msconfig 
start items?
(well, it doesn't matter if YOU have really, just need to know WHAT to do to 
fix it, grin)

I'm trying to get rid of some of the things that were active at startup, and 
one icon is baffling me.  How can I figure out what to do about it?
