You can tell when system is being attacked, even when it's not
infected yet: you can no longer drag or paste, and Office applications
start dying with errors. I don't know what effects are seen on Win9x
systems, if any. I would guess it's the same with Wachovia or whatever
its' name is, which goes around patching systems against MSBlaster.

When a system is actually infected, it starts rebooting, although this
is just hearsay for me; I've only seen one infected machine, and it
wasn't online.
