[pchelpers] Re: system security settings

Perhaps it would be better to say that the worm/virus arrives (who cares 
how). Once in the system it looks for the target file or files it is 
designed to attack. If it can't find one, it can't attack at all. Now it 
is up to the virus to get around that somehow. They can only do so if 
designed to do so. If not, end of story.
