[pchelpers] sysgate driving me crazy

I just reinstall XP Pro fresh over the weekend. I also re-installed 
sysgate firewall.
It is now driving me crazy (and it is a very short drive )

1. A box keeps coming up telling me that it has blocked Nt Kernel & 
System (ntosknl.exe)
from accessing the network.
I have allowed it to access the network. I have checked the box telling 
it to never show me
that message again. And it keeps doing it.

2. It keeps forgetting what programs are allowed. It keeps asking for 
permission for the same
ones over and over. And yes I have the box checked telling it to remember.

Sysgate is getting as bad as ZoneAlarm about this.

I think I see a wall up ahead.
