[pchelpers] syncplicity is now 'deleted'

Syncplicity support emailed with me back and forth and could give me no 
help in unistalling the program.
So they finally just helped me delete it.  I would not delete without 
renaming a file.

What I would recommend is the following:

1- Shut down Syncplicity
2- Enter the C:\Program Files\Syncplicity folder
3- Rename SyncplicityShellExt.dll to SyncplicityShellExt_backup.dll
4- Restart your computer
5- Shut down Syncplicity (it will start up automatically)
6- Delete the C:\Program Files\Syncplicity folder

This should prevent Syncplicity from ever starting up again.
