[pchelpers] Re: stupid scams

Granted, in most cases that is right. Unfortunately, if anyone assumes 
it, the idea becomes a preconceived notion. It is tantamount to saying 
all the people from that country must be criminals, so don't trust them. 
After that it is undisguised prejudice. Can any of us afford the luxury 
of adopting that view (in spite of the probabilities involved)? I can't.
