Can you get into SAFE mode by holding down the control key?
If so you can then go to START, RUN & type in MSCONFIG.
Click OK. Go to STARTUP & uncheck Webshots from starting at startup as well
as Zone Alarm & any other program you KNOW you don't need at startup.
Let us know if that gets you into Windows proper.
