[pchelpers] strange mail problem

My wife uses Incredimail.
For some reason all her mail has words repeating themselves.
At the end and at the beginning of a sentence.

Example:  Howdy, Howdy, hope you are have a find day. day.

In some mails there are words missing from the sentence.
Anyone heard of this happening?
