[pchelpers] still wrong drive letter

I have removed the 30gig drive and the cd-drive from IDE2 port.
My 80 gig System drive is on IDE1 port. And it is still showing up
as Drive E: Xp will not allow me to change the drive letter to C:
Is there a way to do this?
