The ensoniqMixer is the mixer for your ensoniq soundcard. Same thing for
the loadqm. The Sys tray has to do with your toolbar on the bottom of the 
screen,
( I think) It is needed.  The loadpower profile has to do something with the 
settings
you have set up for your computer on when to shut down. I.E. turn off monitor
after 15 min of being idle. and so on. The Microsoft Hardware Mouse sound like
an program for your mouse to give it extra options.

LoadPower Profile, or my Microsoft Hardware Mouse, or LoadQM ? I have those 
checked also.  Humm...here's one that I don't recognize, but seems it should be 
here:  EnsoniqMixer (Loadqm.exe)  Wonder what that is.
