Well Scott, in addition to your antivirus, what about sys Tray.exe?  Or 
LoadPower Profile, or my Microsoft Hardware Mouse, or LoadQM ? I have those 
checked also.  Humm...here's one that I don't recognize, but seems it should be 
here:  EnsoniqMixer (Loadqm.exe)  Wonder what that is.  
What do you think?
