[pchelpers] Re: spam

The problem with ISP filters is that they inevitably filter out things that
are not spam that you may want. There is no perfect filtering system to my
knowledge that doesn't do this. I have to look at my hotmail junk file to
make sure there is not something in it I want before I empty it. There is no
magic bullet that makes it so you don't have to deal with spam at all unless
you don't mind letting a filter throw away some legitimate mail along with
the spam.

Is that unusual?  The reason I ask is, my ISP does.  I don't get any spam.
Well, wait a minute.  A couple days ago I got that new spam that someone was
talking about. The one that is dying and wants their money to go to a good
place........
Anyway, my ISP (znet) let me download it, but right in the subject line they
put ~~~SPAM~~~   and of course, it was from someone that I never heard of.
Mrs. somebody or another.  So, it's not the norm for the ISP to filter
everything?
