[pchelpers] Re: spacing in word

What style are you using?

In the line-spacing drop-down menu there is also the possibility
of setting an exact spacing that's smaller than Word's default.

You might also have a corrupted normal.dot file. Unless you've
spent a lot of time adjusting default settings, you might like to
delete this (or temporarily move it elsewhere). It will be
regenerated with Word's defaults. If you do make a lot of setting
adjustments, it's a good idea to make backups of your normal.dot
file because this is surprisingly often corrupted.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
