[pchelpers] Re: sound card

One more comment in case it clears anything up.  I wasn't able to get a
chance to 'write down' exactly what all it said in device manager that was
on there, but there was something dealing with midi files.  But I didn't see
something that sounded like the official 'sound card' either.
Now it shows a 'Creative' sound card listed.

So, I'm happy how that worked out.  "IF" there is one also installed on the
motherboard, then apparently there are no conflicts as it is working well.
Or was when I left.

There was a few (2, 3?) silver boxes <rectangular things or square> near
where the jacks for the sound looked like it should go that I could not tell
what they were.  Maybe 1" x 1 1/2" and about an inch or so high???  <been up
way too long, that is the best I can remember!>  They were connected to the
motherboard.
