[pchelpers] sometimes images will not download

Approximately one out of ten on a random basis an image will not
download. What appears is an all white rectangular window with a small 
square
in the upper left cornor and three little squares inside the rectangle.
I have opened my security settings to allow anything. This has not helped.
Am I missing some software? Any suggestions as to settings.
